It is easy to have fun around Kendall she knows how to be the life of the party, and she isn't afraid to go talk to people she doesn't know. Kendall doesn't have a single problem with making decisions or taking the lead. At lot of the time she feels like she has to take the lead among her friends. Although most of her friends are very strong people, Kendall has always felt some sort of responsibility for them. Ever sense she was very young she has always been very protective of her friends, (maybe it's because she's been known to get them into trouble).

Kendall is tough, she always has been, and she always will be. At times she gets the feeling that she is too tough maybe. Sharing feelings isn't something that Kendall really likes to do. She is much more for holding them all in. Overtime she does start to open up to people, however a very small number. Kendall likes to spend time with her close friends, and although she is good in large groups she would rather just invite a few mates over for dinner, or go to a very low key pub and just talk, (although she might have something up her sleeve to spice up the night).

When she has to be, Kendall can be a hard working girl, sure she comes off as a trouble-making, outgoing, full of laughter type of girl, but she's smart. She's got ideas, and she knows how to make them work. Kendall doesn't take shit from anyone, instead of getting overly angry in front of them, she'll play a prank on them, or she'll find away to make them look silly.

Kendall is a proud girl, she thinks she's great. She is willing to try just about anything and rarely says no to a challenge. She's likely to go explore the strangest places she can think of without a second though. She's daring and hyperactive. She's got a quick witty tongue along with a classic punch line joke mind.

One of the hardest things for Kendall to do is show emotion outside of happy, joking, laughing, or anger. Kendall has a temper like her mother and doesn't exactly know how to control it all the time. If someone hurts her or her friends she'll turn into one scary Weasley, however she does her best not to let that happen all the time. Yet, when it comes to sorrow, fear, sadness, depression, any of those nasty emotions Kendall doesn't know how to show it, she ends up coming across angry and mean. When she's sad her sarcastic humor can become cold and cutting. It doesn't happen often, but when it does it is a clear sign to her close friend and family that she is sad, not angry. Although even when they know it, getting her to express her feelings and what is bothering her takes a lot longer.

Although Kendall never does much to find a family, her biggest secret is that she is terrified to end up alone, sure she has a lot of cousins, and a good number of friends, but making people laugh can only go so far.. She is worried that she'll never have a family. She never talks about the fear with her friends, or mentions with her parents or brother.

Kendall has a very vivid imagination, a boring room can turn into a world of adventure, a tree can turn into a laugh old grump, anything is possible, and she's always looking for ways to make her imagination come to life. However some of it probably would be better left to her mind.

Kendall's boggart is watching the people about her disappear from the world, basically they either vanish into thin air or just leave her behind.

One of Kendall's biggest pet peeves is Lazy people, she can't stand being around lazy people. She doesn't mind taking a break and being lazy for a few hours, but people who never get up… It is something that really bothers her. Also fake people just set her off the wrong way, she would rather someone tell her the truth than waste time and dance around it.

History
The only daughter of Frank and Abby Rivers, Kendall Rivers is the youngest child of two. Kendall was born in the middle of April, April 17th 2010 to be exact. She was a loud and demanding baby, mostly she was just curious about things from a young age. When she was just 11 months old she found her way into the flour and made one of the biggest messes the family kitchen had ever seen. Kendall on the other hand couldn't stop gigging and tossing flour up into the air with a loud little girl laugh before rolling over with fits of giggles at how it fell. That was when her parents truly knew what a handful little Kendall was going to be.

When the "terrible two's" hit Abby was just dead nervous. Her daughter had already spent the past two years exploring this she shouldn't, getting into things that she couldn't. And now that she was two and a quick little kid what on earth was she going to do this time. Well she saw her father leaving to go visit one of his friends when instead of playing in the living room like a good little girl she waited until the possible last second and flew at her fathers leg grabbing on a flooing with him to his mates. Little did Kendall know it was supposed to be a men's night out with pints and whatever it was men did when they got really loud. At the time Kendall didn't get it, but her father was too amused to be angry with her. He floo called his wife telling her it'd be okay and Kendall could stay with him and the boys enjoying some daughter/father time... sort of.

The next few years passed with more adventures, more messes and getting into more trouble. None of it ever seemed like too big of a deal though, Kendall always had a good since of humor about it. Laughing it off, she even found a way to make being grounded fun. Nothing was terrible, as long as you just didn't let it be. That was her mind set from a young age.

When her older brother was shipped off the Hogwarts Kendall was surprised at how sad it actually made her. She wasn't used to the feeling, nor did she like it. For the first time really the girl went on a pouting spree, something she didn't like, she pouted. It didn't really do her a lot of good, although at first it really did worry her parents. The two months of pouting ended when her mother got angry enough to scream about it. It was like the trance had been lifted, little Kendall went back to messing up everything she possibly could. She started to owl pranks to her brother. Although everything she did send was checked over by her father, Kendall never had a clue.

Being a Rivers always meant a lot of family around, and when she was young Kendall was good with it, she loved having so much family, but when she got to be about 9 she wasn't as sure about it. She was the one known for causing problems, the one that was always skipping about ready to cause some sort of mess at any second. She could remember hearing about how being a complete wild card wasn't always a good thing, not with the way that international trade was pretty much over. Kendall understood that it was serious, she just figured she'd find a happy way to get away from it all. She didn't want to be stuck not smiling and grumping about all the time.

When it was finally 1990 and time for her to go to school, she was excited, but nervous, ready to take on everything, but worried what life would be like without her parents around. She never showed a single nervous thought though. Instead when they went to do her shopping Kendall bounded about doing her best to find things to make rockets with, or something to send flying... Whatever it was, it was going to be awesome. When it came to finding a wand, the out come wasn't one any of them had expected... Rosewood, 10 inch, with a runespore fang. Neither of her parents liked the sound of it, but Kendall and the wand worked well together. The worries were put to the background. Besides, a wand doesn't make a person, it chooses a person!

Finally it was her turn. She boarded the Hogwarts Express with a big smile and a wave to her parents. She went bounding onto the train taking a seat in a compartment filled with people she didn't really know. That didn't matter much, Kendall was friendly and fun enough to talk to any of them. She became friends with most of them, even pushing some of them as much as she could to have more fun, sneak around... That started at a very young age. When it came time for the sorting Kendall was among the last to go up, a last name like Rivers did that to a girl. The hat didn't even think twice before shipping her off to Ravenclaw.

Lucky for Kendall, Ravenclaw as a really good bet for her. Although she was never the traditional smart, she did enjoy learning a lot. It appeared as though the hat wanted to challenge her. The most amazing thing to her was how the outside world never seemed as important, or as strange as it did when she was at home. Her first year was lived in an odd sort of bliss, the kind where even the bad stuff seemed like fun. She took a true liking to potions and charms. Kendall often tried to skip ahead in the book and found herself blowing up a few things. It landed her into detention about every week, she didn't mind though, she was very proud of herself and often found ways to change seats and confuse people. After all who said detention could be fun?

When her second year came the very famous Harry Potter came around, although Kendall was curious about him, she never took as much of an interest as a lot of the other people in her year did. She was more amused with other things, like trying to get ahead in classes, and see what other things she could figure out.

Her Third year was when things started to get more interesting. She had to pick her electives, she ended up with Care of Magical Creatures and Ancient Runes. She didn't really know what to pick so she just tossed two coins at the paper and whatever they landed on was what she ended up taking. Not the mention the school had a sort of creepy feeling to it with the Chamber of Secrets opened. Kendall never took it as seriously as she probably should have, she just let it was over her back and never ones showed the hints of fear she did have about ti. To be frank she was just happy everything turned out to be okay.

Kendall enjoyed her fourth year, the fears of Sirius Black didn't really seem to bother her much, she didn't really get why a mass murderer would come and try and attack a group of Ravenclaws. Either way it was kind of creepy. Okay, so it was really creepy, but Kendall tried to keep happy thoughts in her mind, and share them with just about everyone she knew.

5th year was when life got interesting, the Triwizard Tournament. Kendall was extatic at the idea! She really wanted to be 17 to put her name in it, but she didn't try after seeing George and Fred try moments before she thought about doing it. Either way she got a really good laugh out of it. Kendall, like a lot of girls was taken back by seeing Viktor Krum, she had her week of wanting to try and talk to the bloke, but it ended as quickly as all of her silly crushes at 15. Either way, she did manage to meet one very handsome bloke from Dumstrung (Demitri) that caught her attention. It took her a good week to even get the guts to talk to him. It was about two days before the first task. Kendall finally saw him standing out front and talked to him about literately nothing. Either way, she found herself running into him after the intense dragon task. He smiled at her, she smiled at him, no words passed. It wasn't until the Yule Ball that he managed to ask her to the ball. Kendall of course said yes. What girl wouldn't say yes? She attended the ball with him, had a good time too. After the ball she had her first real kiss. It was one of those first kisses that was extremely awkward, but really fun. Being the stupid girl that she was, she avoided him for a good two weeks, until he finally stopped her one afternoon. She stopped running from him that day, and a relationship started. A semi-normal one. Well as normal as Kendall could do.

Kendall and Demitri were standing next to each other during the final task, she was cheering for Cedric and Harry, frankly she wasn't sure which she wanted to win. either way if Hogwarts won, that is what mattered. She like everyone else was confused about what was happening. Her heart dropped when the news hit them. She didn't even know what to do. She held onto Demitri, and merely did her best not to fall apart. She didn't know Cedric that way, it was just the news... Everything just didn't seem real.

That summer she spent sometime with Demitri, but they broke up towards the start of Hogwarts. It took Kendall promising her parents that she'd be careful to get them to allow her to go back. Her parents argued a lot about whether they should believe Dumbledore or not. It almost felt like it was taking away her happy family. Maybe that was what someone as evil as he who must not be named would want? Kendall didn't take a side, she secretly believed Dumbledore, but she never told a single person.

Her 6th year felt like a messed up dream. Everything that happened didn't seem real, all of the rules, all of the bullshit, the lies from every single direction. It didn't help that Kendall just missed Demitri most of the time. She never did hear from him that year. Kendall never heard about the DA, if she had, she would have joined. She merely wasn't in the right circles at that time in her life.

In her 7th year, she choice not to think about everything that was going on. Instead she focused on getting out of school, and starting her own business. Although how exactly she was going to start a business while their was a serious and scary war going on was beyond her. When she left school she ran into Demitri first thing....

Kendall started to date Demitri again after school, however she was more focused on trying to figure out what kind of business she wanted to start. Due to the war, starting a business was really hard. Her first idea was to try and find something to cheer people up, her second was doing something that could help. What exactly could she do though? She spent nights sitting up and thinking about what she could do to help. Kendall finally decided on the business of quick food. She opened a very small shop she called, Quick. It was her way of giving the people fighting something to eat, and something to eat on the go. Most people who grabbed her lunches were in and out in a couple of seconds, most worked for the ministry. While Kendall got more focused on work, Demitri ended up giving up, and left her. With that, she tossed herself even more into work

One morning when she came to work about a year after she started it, she found everything gone. It broke her heart, nothing was left, her world was different, her life had changed. What the hell did she do now? Kendall took two weeks to figure out what to do, she was sitting in her parents kitchen where she was ideally mixing different drinks that it hit her. That was when she decided that people needed fun things to drinks, drinks that would make your speech speed up, drinks that merely tasted really good, energy drinks, drinks that made bubbles come out of your mouth as you spoke. It was all stupid, but it was fun. Kendall ended up slowly testing them in different pubs, causing some people to want to beat her up, some who loved it. She would give anyone that she could samples that she hoped would help the war efforts. She knew it was a crazy thought, but who knew.

She was in Kentish Town, London standing outside the local pub when she got the news. The war was over. She tossed everything in her hands up in the air, it feel around her staining the street (and her hair), but she didn't care! It was the best thing in the world. As the celebrating continued she created the drink that finally really put her on the map. Bounce, a drink that tasted something like a sparkling lime drink, with an after affect of laughing, energy, and the urge to just celebrate!

Since that point, she's started to create more drinks with a wide range of effects and tastes, she named her company KAR Refreshments. Her whole life was creating, selling, marketing, running KAR Refreshments, that was until she woke up April 10th 2002 bored with it. She sold it to the makers of Butterbeer and never looked back. Kendall took a couple of months off from working, until her next idea hit her... A Consulting business to anyone trying to start a company, to anyone in need of marketing campaigns, or just about anything. Kendall started Rivers Consulting in July 2002, it took her three months to get her first clients. Slowly as she proved herself, she's turned herself into the go-to person for companies to re-brand, or help jump start. She's got a small office in Diagon Alley.

Appearance & More

Height: 5'5

Kendall is 5'6 with dark brown hair down past her shoulders (although she has been known to change it to blond when she really feels like it). She's got a tan complexion and the kind of smile that can be sweet or dangerous - depending on her mood. Her lips are a little bit small for her face, but work okay with her cheek bones. Her eyes are a honey brown, and her nose sometimes feels a bit off. She doesn't really now why, but it just does. She's got strong shoulders, and a good waist. Truth be told, Kendall thinks she is pretty, but not pretty enough... shhh, she wont admit that to anyone.
